Annual Contribution Payments can be made in multiple installments.

2011-2012 amounts are:
$575 - Drumline and Percussion
$475 - Marching Band
$150 - Concert Only Band
$750 - Colorguard

Cookie Dough Fundraiser - 2011

Purchase Cookie Dough cards by filling in your student's name and then clicking on the button below.
You will be taken to a payment page where you may select the number of cards to purchase.
The Cookie Dough cards will be delivered to the student once a week via the Band Instructors.

Band Trip 2012 Payment

Make your Band Trip payment by clicking on the button below.
You will be taken to a payment page and can input an amount to pay.
Payments can be made in multiple installments or combined.
The Band Trip payments are separate from Annual Band Contributions.

2012 amounts are:
$150 - 1st Payment - Due October 1, 2011
$100 - 2nd Payment - Due December 1, 2011
$100 - 3rd Payment - Due February 1, 2012
$350 - Final Payment - Due April 1, 2012

Donation Levels are:
Platinum Level: $250 & up
Featured on the PHS sponsor board in the stadium
Mention in the 2011-2012 concert programs
Acknowledgement on the PHS Band website
Two-tickets to a home football game of your choosing

Gold Level: $100-$249
Mention in the 2011-2012 concert programs
Acknowledgement on the PHS Band website
Featured on the PHS sponsor board in the stadium

Silver Level: $50-$99
Mention in the 2011-2012 concert programs
Acknowledgement on the PHS Band website

Bronze Level: $25-$49
Mention in the 2011-2012 concert programs
